The bar area and the location.
Bedroom in need of some TLC.

Such a lovely old building, plenty of parking.
The cold water tap in the bathroom only trickled and there wasn't a mirror in the bedroom.

Location was perfect.
Unfortunately fruit and pastries were in full sunlight.
Our room was very basic and small ensuite.
Having to wait for 70 minutes for our food on our first night, despite booking a table.
Then, on our anniversary having booked a table we had to wait for our meals for an hour and a half.
There was a lack of communication towards customers.
However, Marks the head barman was very good and apologetic.
