Location. Site layout. Friendly staff.
Room not cleaned well. Pulled out chest to recover something dropped and found old sock, empty cleaner bottle and dust and cobwebs.
Basin not cleaned.

Location & surroundings.
We stayed last year which is why we rebooked. The cleanliness let it down, our room was very dark & the breakfast was disappointing compared to last year
