The overall room, view, ambience and customer service was excellent. The buffet style breakfast was delicious and the staff attentive but not intrusive. We had a good time
My husband gets claustrophobic and has limited mobility. The room etc was all booked with this in mind and the hotel accommodated his needs. Unfortunately, he became temporarily stuck in the lift. The doors would not open and he began to panic. He managed to get free. We alerted the receptionist who apologised.

Staff in the dining room were super . Breakfast was very good
evening meal was not so great - rock solid quail eggs wrapped in black pudding ! Lumpy mash potatoes , very greasy onion rings .
