Staff were caring and helpful.

The staff were so helpful and really lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff tried their best to accommodate any requests. The hotel itself was very nice and the food at dinner was delicious.
The lift was out of order - which couldn't be helped and was being fixed. Communication between the catering teams could perhaps be improved but wasn't a huge issue.
