Needed a cheap overnight stay near Lincoln and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Quiet and comfortable.
Rather uninspiring building on a small retail park. Didn’t want breakfast so can’t comment.

Short on space but worth the upgrade for finer touches of quality. Disappointing to find cobwebs hanging down over bedspace.
Lack of en-suite privacy. Access via stairs.

The room and the outside area was lovely , the outside garden bit and bathroom were really nice. The food at the restaurant was lovely.
The jacuzzi was in poor condition the bracket to remove the top on and off was broken , the jets kept erroring and turning off , the headrests in the jacuzzi were broken. The air con even though set at 28 degrees was cold , the bed was uncomfortable and strangely lumpy and one of the worst nights sleep i've ever had
