Parking is good . Rooms are clean . Great big bed . A bit out of the way . You definitely need a car for going to Lincoln . Did not try breakfast as I was Nightshift.

15 minutes drive from the Lincoln Showground, it's a light and airy hotel, friendly staff.
The bathroom tiling was unfinished and the mastic areas were roughly done. Having said that the room was clean, bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable.
The breakfast was okay, basic and a little dry (bacon, beans and egg) but we didn't come down to eat until 9.30am so maybe that was why. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, a couple of cereals, bread and a couple of pastries. The restaurant area was kept exceptionally clean by the staff.
I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel fit for purpose.Excellent serving hours not only behind the bar but reception and restaurant.Lift making easy access to all rooms and also pet friendly which isnt often seen.Booked here again later on in the year as travelling too is perfect just off the A46.
