Very comfortable room and the views of the pitch were brilliant!
The walls seemed to be very thin as we heard a lot of noise from the other rooms, such as people talking.

Great location - room overlooking cricket pitch, large, clean room. Very friendly and accommodating staff - we were there for a Leeds University graduation so location was perfect and we could park there all day.
No breakfast included - we could have requested a continental one though

Soft towel and a good view. Bathroom was modern and clean. The oat cookie was delicious.
Carpets were stained, chairs and bed base had tears in the fabric, the table was scratched. Only 2 teabags provided but 4 coffee, great if you drink coffee. The window were open but too high for me to reach and close them. The door to the balcony was locked, so you could not look at the cricket stadium other from inside the room.
It looks very tired and really needs some money and ideas putting into it.
