I had requested a ground floor room AND had confirmation that one would be allocated
We were put up in a second floor room, down a small flight of steps and along to the end of the corridor
This does not help someone with mobility and pain problems and I am not impressed at all
When the room is serviced, it would be nice to come back to find the cartons of milk and beverages refreshed after we had drinks, equally loo roll. Neither happened
