Most things
Most things were as they should be, only that I was in a room located nor far from the lifts, and I could hear the lift going up and down in the evening, up until people went to bed and stopped using it. This took until around 1am, which means every time I was about to fall asleep, the lift woke me up. Doors slamming in different rooms were loud too.

Breakfast was fantastic parking good
Asked for a double room got two beds pushed together radiator didn’t work room was cold small portable radiator brought up to room didn’t warm the room when I told reception on departure just a sorry was said didn’t feel sincere no food or tea/coffee available when we got back to the hotel on the Saturday night around 10.15pmish told coffee machine was off
