Good location for our needs. Simple room with basic amenities and minimal tea and coffee facilities (providing only one of you wants one drink in your room during your stay!)
These used to be budget places to stay but we travelled to four hotels/pubs during our time away and we got a lot more for our money in the other places for a similar price. We also couldn’t get food when we got back from the gig we attended (toasties are advertised as 24/7) because once again we were told it was closed for an hour for maintenance and cleaning (between 11pm and 12am) which was the same spiel we got last time we visited this hotel! Poor time management or just a lie to pacify the guests? (And yes we were both sober!)

Great location for concert hall. Everything about the hotel is Basic with a capital B. Cleanliness of public toilets was not good. The bathroom in room was impossibly small and hardly space to sit on the toilet.
