off street parking for about 20 cars, Breakfast great, Location Fabulous! everything within walking distance. Bar and restaurant all here.

It was close to the waterfront bars, only a short walk. Lots of hot water for a bath. The staff were friendly. The hotel had a good bit of character and nice decor, particularly when walking through the library.
£180 was a high price for double bed only I think. I did not have time to use any of the facilities such as the pool or library on this trip.
However I do acknowledge that I booked less than 24h beforehand and am grateful for the room. If there were an English breakfast included I probably would have graded good or excellent for value.

Liked its location close to shopping outlet , historical area and lots of history within the hotel . 30 mins walking distance to south sea where we was attending victorious festival
Unfortunately we did not get any sleep on our first nite as issues with the alarm on our floor right outside our room went off twice lasting 10 mins each time from 1-2 am unfortunately did not get back to sleep after this .
