Great location close to the common & shops; room was clean & comfortable; swift communications; key pad locks on main & bedroom doors
Personal preference is to have a shower with a nozzle rather than only overhead

The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. The location was fantastic, not far from the sea and nice places to eat. It was the perfect location to stay for Victorious Festival.
The shower could have had a bit more pressure.

Self check in easy. Information sent across in good time.
Bathroom not clean. Toilet had urine marks and hair on. Sink had hair in. No hand soap in the bathroom.
