The location of the property, cleanliness and facilities.
Firstly the £80 returnable deposit, made aware of after booking. If the amount had been shown before booking. I would not have booked. Is this the reason why the amount isn't shown?
It would have been nice to have been informed of the availability of parking vouchers before we arrived.
It would also have been EXTREMELY HELPFUL if the video of gaining access to the property (main entrance) had been provided.
On 2 seperate occasions we found ourselves not being able to gain entrance and having to contact for help. Not, expected!!! Please, please provide full instructions on how to gain access.
I can only assume that the main entrance was left open on arrival due to the problem of gaining access. Which does pose a security issue!!

Excellent location, found a great pub very close called The Brass Monkey with a great range of beers and cocktails and very friendly staff.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. I reported this and they were prompt with a response
