Spacious bedroom. Ckean bedroom and bathroom. Nearby on street parking. Handy for Wetherspoons. Cost effective price for one night stay.
Rubbish piled up in front yard. Although property was clean it felt a bit run down.

Very close to Fratton train station. The room was a good size very clean. Very good value for the price.
The bed was quite uncomfortable and there was a very strong smell of cannabis as you come into the property (outside room 1), probably just a problem with one guest I hope.

The room was comfortable and well presented. The garden was lovely and a really nice bonus. The location was great, very close to local amenities which made everything convenient.

Rooms were clean and convenient location
Didn't receive the code to get to the property and once there room were occupied - AI agent gave the code to enter rooms already with someone in ! Got move to another house nearby and problem got sorted pretty quickly, however at other property few issues - door room didnt open with he keys so had to go to smaller room and no blinds or curtain on the window.
