Excellent location, very clean, comfortable and friendly staff
In the evening before going out I wanted to take a shower, but despite leaving the shower running for 10 minutes there was still no hot water.

Ground floor room was ideal as we had an early start the following morning. Shower was great, no external noise. Just right.

The property is in a lovely great area. It’s very close to restaurants and the park.
The room was clean and the bathroom was big and spacious.
The room was exceptionally hot.
There was no air conditioning.
2 table fans had been placed in the room but this did nothing to cool the room down. I had to sit in the lobby during the night to try and cool down a little. It made sleeping impossible. There was no blind at one of the large windows which also meant there was no privacy from the street view.
