The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in a very good position for the purpose of our stay.
We’ve been staying at the hotel once a year, over a period of 4 years and some of the facilities in the room are looking a little tired and some were simply broken - in our room both bedside table lamps were working but the fittings holding the base to the bulb holder were broken.

This is a nice boutique hotel. My room was nice, although not much of a view but that didn't matter. The hotel is very close to the front. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It was ideal.

The staff and the breakfast was exceptional
Broken window handles. Vegetation covering all of the window made it harder to secure (rear of ground floor). There is no way that the owner(s) would not know as the window wasn't secure when we arrived with handles hanging oddly. However, we eventually got one of the two secure and didn't spoil our stay.

Helpful support although getting response at reception was slow.
Follow-up after leaving behind one of our personal items was very poor. After an initial positive response, phone calls were not taken and there was no reply to emails following the first confirmation that the items had been found.
