Mousehole was a very beautiful relaxing location, the Ship Inn was very cosy and the staff very helpful and welcoming.

Such a lovely village and such a lovely hotel. Cozy, nice, a room with a sea view, nice dinner and breakfast. What can you ask more?

The staff was always very friendly, especially the lady doing the breakfast service, that you just felt welcomed. The breakfast is amazing in its variety and taste. Also the the breakfast room has such a beautiful view and atmosphere, that you can for sure start your day perfectly at The Ship Inn. The view from the room window was nice too.
Unfortunately my rooms codition didn't match the pricepoint. There was a significant amount of mold in the bathroom around the edges of the shower, at the ceiling and on the doorframe of the bathroom door (most of it was just painted over). Also the metal in the bathroom seemed rusty. In the right corner above the bed, the ceiling was already damaged slightly. The rest of the room was okay, but definitely not worth 130£.

We liked the location, the staff and the breakfast.
The room was very small, too warm, the bed was very small (1.40 m) and the water pressure in the shower was very low.
