Elysium Manly

Fantastic location near the beach with very nice feel. Staff very friendly and super helpful.

I had room on side and was fair bit of traffic noise until late

Lovely views of the ocean. Large clean room with a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. The included breakfast was fantastic and the Italian restaurant was amazing. The food was first class and great service from both the breakfast staff and restaurant and bar staff.

My only complaint was that after travelling from London asked if there was a quiet room for me to do a business call. Due to the time difference this was late so didn’t want to do this in the room. This hotel has a business area yes the staff on duty said they couldn’t give me access to do a call. Best they could offer was to ‘turn the ambient music down’ so I could sit in the bar area as the ‘bar had closed anyway’. I felt the hotel could have made more of an effort or at least sounded even slightly sympathetic to my request. Parking was very expensive compared to their lots in the area.

Room was ocean facing .. location was next to ocean and bed was the best one .. all are great

we need to tell multiple times to change bed cover and once the room was not cleaned properly which i found at night .. not expected from the high standard hotel

Fantastic location, clean and quiet modern rooms, great pool and location

Lack of eye contact and warm welcoming from staff (not all but a few). Additionally have been double charged for room after check out, over charged for parking and untimely response to resolve. Make sure to triple ask for receipt and confirm no extra charges, my credit card took some unexpected hits after check out.
