Clean comfortable and city central.

Clean comfortable, nice shower, comfortable beds, large bar fridge. Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking available $15 over night. Central to everything, walking distance to Salamanca markets

Very good

Big space , clean and comfy beds

Dated decor, uncomfortable dining chairs, fridge running warm and tiny. Bathroom microscopic so very small.

Most comfy beds we have experienced in hotel accommodation in a long time.

Dinner was good nice meals plenty to eat.

On site car parking is tight when entering and exiting the steep ramp into the basement.

I arrived late, guy on the desk was excellent and assisted me in getting order in for room service dinner- much appreciated.

I don't like the soap and shampoo in the refill bottles- prefer soap bar and small bottles on the sink.

Great location. Many shops and eateries within walking distance. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. On site parking is convenient.

Pleasant

The location was reasonable, being only a 700m walk to the Dock precinct. Parking was handy however I could see hard the steep entry/exit ramp could trouble some people. There were ample eateries/coffee within a short walk

The room and facilities show their age. The room met our expectations of a Best Western of this age. We booked late during the Wooden Boat Festival weekend, so the room was overpriced for the quality. The walls did not abate corridor noise, so it was noisy when other guests were moving around.

Nice Hotel

We have stayed at the Best Western twice now and have enjoyed both times. Great location, onsite, secure parking available. Room was comfortable and clean,

There were no aspect of our stays that we did not like.

Perfect for a family stay. close enough to walk to shops and waterfront. but up a hill on the return trip!

comfortable beds and clean rooms great shower/bathroom plenty of space

daily service was making the beds only. towels weren’t replenished and rubbish not removed breakfast buffet was plentiful for choice, but not replenished quickly

Accomodation was satisfactory and reception staff pleasant and helpful. Employ experienced chef

Room clean and comfortable. Remote for TV had to have batteries replaced. Aircon controller needed repair.

Dining room meals were disgusting. Steak on the menu and only item that could have been eaten by one diner not available. No broccoli available - run out of both items at 7.15 pm! Few diners two thirds empty. Fish & chips poor quality. Knocci serve was a half serve which I suspect was because they had run out of ingredients. One of our diners meal consisted of 2 cups of black coffee! I was embarrassed that I chose this dining room for my guests. After this experience we decided to forget about breakfast in the dining room and after check out selected an alternate venue. Most disappointing.

It was good

The room was clean and comfortable. Service from all staff as great.

The false alarm that caused us to be evacuated at 6.15am was well run but we received no information, aplogy etc about the event.
