big hotel, dated, but very comfy. Rooms are huge
breakfast is very good for the scottish standard
definitely value for money
24hrs concierge, you can check-in at any time and that is definitely convenient if you are coming from Inverness or the glencoe area
they could do a little bit more in terms of contacts with the distilleries in the area, which are the to go destinations.

Clean, friendly staff at breakfast which was extremely good. Good location.
The property is a little run down in places (bathrooms and carpets). Booked for dinner in restaurant but it was closed when we came down. We were told we could eat in the bar but it was very rowdy and the only table available was not clean. We ate elsewhere.
