Friendly staff, comfortable bed and ideally located for the railway station and football ground (just over a mile walk).
Bit of noise from outside but nothing major.

Great sized room with a perfectly fine bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was more than reasonable for the price of the stay. Staff were always friendly. Happy to stay again if needed.
No air conditioning, or even adequate air circulation - forced to open the window (the small amount it did open) but there is a noisy road and nearby trainline so the noise is close to excessive. Also, a real lack of power sockets in the room (only ones were over the desk) - absolutely none near the beds for phones or most importantly my husband's CPAP machine, which thankfully has a reasonable length power cable, but it had to stretch across the room to reach his bed and which then created a trip hazard.
