Over all was happy with my stay and would use again.

I didn't use WIFI so cannot comment, although i know it was available. Booking in process was very straightforward. Hotel is easy walk from city center. Room was spacious and clean. Cleaning staff, reception staff and serving staff in Breakfast room, were all very polite and pleasant to deal with. Over all was happy with my stay and would use again.

the property was lovely and clean, beds were very comfortable. staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

A quiet and comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but sufficiently far away from main roads to afford a quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxed weekend stay. My bedroom was extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The WiFi signal in my room was very weak.

Close to the city centre and train station, wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price.

spacious, clean room with facilities for making hot drinks (tea/ coffee provided). Very friendly staff. Lots of choice for breakfast too.

could hear other guests if they were particularly loud, but it was no issue and no fault of staff.

Wont stay again.

Good location and parking.

Booked at very short notice. Room not cleaned from previous guest. Fortunately there was an unused single bed in the room with clean towels on it. To tired to ask for another room so took the hit.

Not a great welcome!

Great location if your using the train

Stayed here before and loved it! However, the welcome was terrible. I said "Hello", and I got back a quite abrupt "I'm on the phone!" Didn't go for breakfast as I was put off.

Friendly hotel, well situated for local ammenities.

Stayed in a single room that was comfortable and more spacious than many similar I have stayed in. The room was very clean and the bathroom had a shower that didn't disappoint. Breakfast was excellent.

Clean and room excellent

Excellent room and new cup, towels etc came next day and very clean.

The shared shower had a very poor water flow so took a long time to get washed and the WiFi didn't work very well.

Near to station Breakfast superb Staff very friendly everywhere clean and well maintained

room cold in the night and first thing in the morning. no heat in radiator after 10 pm or until 08.00 a.m As room was in "attic" this meant room very much affected by outside temperature. it is still winter If this had been ok every comment would have been excellent

10/10 will stay again

Everything. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding and chill. The decor was really nice, the beds were COMFY! The breakfast was very nice. A very nice touch that I love is they had things bought from local independent businesses. They even let us take some drinks and pastries for the journey home! And the price was a LOT cheaper than other "budget" hotels. Definitely staying here again! Also phone them directly if you want a better price!

The only thing I could nit pick about was, when the traffic is bad you are about a 30 min drive from the center... 15 mins if the roads are clear. which if you are going out for a few drinks like we were, it was about a £10 Uber trip.
