Location, availability

We needed accomodation for emergency hospital visit. Requested early checkin and front desk said they would call when room is available. They did not call and we were too late for hospital operation prep. When we did access room, fridge did not work. It was later fixed by attentive duty manager. Disappointed that at this room price drinking water was additional charge.

Tassie Trip

The spacious rooms , two TVs, a large bath, and a fabulous shower head . The room service was awesome ... thank you, we will be back! Complimentary tea , coffee, and water , thank you 😊

The tap in the bath should be at the end of the bath , hard to get in and out of the bath with tap in the middle... I think the entrance of the hotel should be a drop-off area for checking in . Which would be easier for travellers, maybe another entrance to the hotel for luggage 🧳

Comfortable stay

Great heater, comfortable beds. The meal we had down stairs in their restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was pretty good too. Parking only $6

Was ok, disappointed about the parking or lack of but it was pleasant enough. Still waiting for the $50 bond to clear in

the property was nice. comfortable beds and clean rooms

we got a parking permit which we paid for and wasn’t able to park in the car park as all the parks were taken, we ended up having to park on the street. Also need a better space for the mini bar and kettle instead of under the tv.

Great stopover

The location is central. Stayed there for one night, close to the city, and easy access to the airport. Reception is open 24x7, which worked well for us, since our flight was arriving late at night.

the property is central clean and the staff seem nice

I asked for a late checkout which they was possible, so instead of 10, it was 11. at 1004 the phone rang I didn’t answer, then 1011 there was a knock on the door asking when I was checking out. not very impressed about that

Hotel doesn’t live up to it’s name “Grand”.

Great location

Some rude staff , particularly at reception. Room stunk of cigarettes, tired rooms , no fitness facilities, breakfast was average, parking a nightmare.

location & front desk service

the shower water was slow. a spare Toilet paper wasn’t supplied to the room & the existing one was almost finished, that means it was already being used before us.

Disappointing

central location

given a already occupied room, staff couldn’t understand that the room was taken, bathroom door handle stick, mother in law couldn’t open door, toilet kept running. the front desk person had poor English skills and couldn’t understand English with a german accent
