The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Good location, close to main attractions.
The fact that when I asked if it was a ground floor unit I was told there were just a few stairs. There were actually 32 stairs and at 71 it was a struggle to get out bags to the room. It was also difficult when we came back with shopping.

The location is fabulous just above the beautiful City Park, parking on site room was spotless but contained everything l needed. Very quiet for its location and would definitely stay here any time l visit Launceston.

Good sized bathroom and water flow in the shower. Close to park, town and UTAS stadium. Great view of the Island Escape festival fireworks.
On arrival, a pair of underwear was visible by the bed. Makes you question how well the room had been cleaned. Saying that everything else seemed clean. The amount of steps and the steepness of the drive may challenge some.
