Good value accomodation with good sized rooms and modernish facilities. close proximity to city.

good sized room, close proximity to city. Housekeeping very attentive. Good parking.

Transitioning to reception less, but in fairness had good communication via email and key pick up and drop off was no hassle. I wouldn't know how booked they were but maybe could fit guests into the front building before using the other ones. Park view would be more enjoyable than the carpark.

Low quality accom that should have been cheaper

Nice beds with clean linen

On a steep slope and then put on the 2nd floor. With my old relative who found it hard to get up stairs. No staff means we couldn’t change rooms. The lights to the bathroom, entry and main light didn’t work at all, nor the bedside lamps. Luckily there was a tactic in the bathroom and 1 side wall light worked in the main area.

The beds are comfortable and shower was good

No coffee or milk in the rooms, no staff at the property at all, everything is done via phone or email. No crockery or cutlery just a cup

The electric blanket and the light didn’t work on the left side of the bed.

not value for money, would not stay again

it was clean apart from the black mould on the ceiling above the shower

the door locking mechanism was dodgy, no toiletries, bed was very hard

Good location to explore the City and surrounds.

Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The cleanliness was good and the location terrific, right opposite the park.

Strange having no reception. Impersonal.

Very good

Room was spacious, looks like it was normally containing two beds. Tv was fine. They had a fridge. Room was quiet. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was a much more modern room. Both times the shower was hot and had nice rain shower heads. Both times the rooms had a coffee table and chairs to relax. The first room had a separate kitchen sink. Overall both rooms were comfortable.

The second room did not have a toaster or utensils. The bed headrest looked like it was from the 1970s. There were no staff onsite. We picked up the key from a shared lockbox, which introduces some risk.

Venue is adequate, but being unstaffed is a negative.

Room was fine, and location worked well for me

Didn't like that it was unstaffed. I would have liked to have my suitcase held while waiting for my flight, but there was no option for this - which was quite inconvenient.

good value overall with a couple of changes possibly making a big difference.

good location, value for money and spacious. good bathroom and water pressure. Overall pretty happy with the stay but with a couple of small upgrades it would be 10/10 for value;

The mattress was either very old or of poor quality. very soft and uneven - if you sat on the edge of the mattress it would basically compress to 1/10th of its unsprung thickness. So a pretty uncomfortable sleep - front door had large gaps including underneath so outside noise travelled straight in. those two changes would be great. overall it was still good value for the location and room size.
