We stayed for two nights at Naantali Spa Hotel.
*Spa and pool area were enjoyable
*Staff were friendly and welcoming
*Room was spacious,
*and the location of the hotel is great
*No room service during our entire stay; even the trash bins were not emptied.
*Room cleanliness was poor, with dust on window edges and corners.
*We found leftovers from previous guests under the sofa bed (a bra and a shoe tag).
*The sofa bed was extremely noisy and unusable, especially problematic with a baby.
*The provided baby crib was also noisy and impractical.
*Considering the rate (~300 € per night) plus an extra fee for parking, the value did not meet expectations.
