Good location, quiet but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Friendly and helpful reception staff, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, good shower power.

I cannot comment on the breakfast as we wanted to instead enjoy different places around town each morning. But the hotel was pleasant and clean, the room was spacious and quiet; overall it was just fine. The beds were comfortable, which is saying something as both of us are picky!
Small thing: Tray for the tea/coffee in the room was pretty minimal. (one type of tea, no stirrers or spoons at all, etc.). We brought our own coffee but had no way to stir it! đ
However, and more importantly, the room was a little warm for both of us. I understand the concern to minimise environmental impact but the hallway was cooler than the room, and the thermostat didnât seem to make any difference. The curtains did the best job they could be expected to do in keeping out the heat and sun, and I appreciated that they were a light colour and thick material. Itâs important to be able to sleep, otherwise what is the point of a hotel room?
