The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks for that! The location is convenient, situated right next to—or even "inside"—the Turku-Kupittaa station of the Finnish railway company.
Personally, I found the design overly modern and "perky". But in terms of functionality, of course, everything served its purpose.

Modern clean building, comfortable beds, good shower. Staff were very helpful. Location was good as we came by train from Helsinki. Very good bus service from outside the hotel into the city centre. The food in the restaurant was very good.
The aircon was somewhat lacking, but reception found us a fan.
The bread at breakfast was disappointing- little choice and all very dry, unusual for Finland as normally the bread selection & freshness is exceptional.

Really nice looking and modern. Easy access with car. Room was clean and spacious.
Even if we went to talk with reception desk, no one really helped us resolve why the chromecast did not work. Had to watch evening movie from iPad… also, during the night, the AC was suddenly off even though in the room it said it would be on, resulting in hot and heavy air in the room without the possibility to open a window. This made it hard to sleep.
