room was perfect, location is the best in Sydney, close to Circular Quay, ferries, buses, light rail and trains.
My 19 year old son had the big breafast and said it wasn't very nice, eggs were good, the rest was average and the hash brown was cold and tasted like oil needed changing.

Great location, short walk to Sydney sights. Excellent facilities and delicious breakfast.
There are stairs so if you have mobility issues it could be difficult.

The hotel itself was lovely and well located, and the room was comfortable.
We had a room facing the street and unfortunately the noise was constant. We could hear people outside throughout the night, followed by loud machinery and vacuuming early in the morning. The soundproofing was simply not adequate and we had a very disrupted night’s sleep. Given the amount we paid for a one-night stay, we were extremely disappointed.
