Staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels changed daily. Adjacent Bistro was handy as didn't need to drive there. Food at Bistro was good and reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Sunday Markets of interest. Location was good as only a short drive to Cessnock for shopping.
No major issues. Couple of flickering lights and droopy shower head but generally fine.

Property has a brewery, a pub with good bistro, a swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ with many villas and rooms. It is excellent for large groups and I have enjoyed staying here many times over the last 25 years.

The location is great, right at the entry way to the vineyards and parking is free staff at Reception are helpful and friendly.
The bed was really uncomfortable and hard, the TV was outdated and not a smart TV so you could only watch the free-to-air channels, and there was a large stain on the carpet.
The noise from the band in the pub was fairly loud, you could hear it in the room with the door closed.
