Location was good, parking was available undercover. The natural wonders are magnificent. The Desert Park was excellent. While I initially thought the entrance cost high, It was well worth it. Plan to stay for at least a half a day. The talks and shows at the Desert Park were very informative.

Lack of service. Room was not cleaned well. Phone never gets answered. The one young lady on the reception desk is over worked. No servicing of the room. Had to go to reception to get towels. I hope management reads this and puts on more staff and a phone message telling you that they are busy and will call you back asap. Unfortunately, the town feels unsafe, despite the security guards in front of most shops and State Police at bottle shops. My husband felt reasonably safe, but as a smaller female, I felt uncomfortably on edge in the town. Window shopping consisted of an enormous variety of security mesh and screens. Really sad.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location for town centre. Comfortable bed.

Central location, Todd Mall one side, river other side. Close to Red Kangaroo bookshop and supermarkets. Staff at check in warm

This hotel once had vibe but now like central Alice is in decline. Dirty walk ways, huge amount of rooms but pretty empty. In need of love, our room TV not working, hot water only like warm. Beds ok and sheets clean.
