If there was an ultimate excellent we would award it. Lovely everything. We would especially like to appreciate the meet and greet assistant manager. She was an absolute credit to the hospitality industry and rarely have such exceptional hospitality been offered. Perhaps credit where credit due.

Bedroom Comfy and clean . Lots of tea etc . Good view over river
It was booked as to inc breakfast but on arrival this was not the case .No compensation was offered. manager not very welcoming

Friendly staff at check in.
Booked bed and breakfast to find out that the property no longer do breakfast. Advised by the property to contact booking.com for a partial refund however no reply received despite an assurance they would get back to me within 24 hours.
