Friendly staff. Prime location

Friendly staff greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were able to accommodate us with early check in and late check-out. Incredible location with free tram stop right outside! Spacious apartment style rooms with a balcony.

Location was great!

Lounge room furniture was not comfortable at all and pool was in need of a refresh. Plus I needed to chase linens on 2 days.

great location but everything was dated. Hot water was terrible..

The room was dated but clean .

Had to walk up the stair, everything was dated and old, the hot water to a long time to get and then was very sporadic.

Great hotel in a good location with good hotel amenities.

My second stay here. Would stay again. Location is excellent...around the corner from Southern Cross station, tram right out the front to take you along Flinders, short walk to Crown and Exhibition Centre. Room is a good size. Very quiet. I used the gym, pool, spa and sauna...all good. 24 hour reception. Good room housekeeping. Lifts are quick.

Bed was uncomfortable. Don't bother drinking the coffee in the room...its awful. They need to invest in nespresso machines for the rooms. Tiles peeling off in pool and spa area...while okay to use, aesthetically could use a facelift. In the pool area...the vents and windows could use a good clean.

Comfortable and spacious!

Fantastic customer service and the room was so much more spacious and well equiped than we expected! Everything in our room was very comfortable and clean and it was a very comfortable bed.

The only downside of our stay was that the pool and surrounding facilities were out of order during our stay, but this didn't really impact our trip at all - it would have been a 'nice to have'.

Recieved a room upgrade on check-in! The room was very spacious, amenities were clean and tidy such a great location too!

Our room looked onto another building but didn't worry us, didn't spend enough time in the room!

A warm welcome and a great, convenient location, stay.

Great service. Eden checked us in and we felt so welcomed. The reception area looks fantastic, it was a great first impression. The room was big and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location! Was able to walk everywhere we needed to.

Nothing. It was a great stay, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Shower in a bath for a $500 per night stay not good enough. It went cold to after 2 people showered

Overpriced for a 1 night stay. I know it was peak time but still overpriced

Near Spencer Street station, so good location

No hot water for a shower. Bath floor was dirty Towels were not changed daily - our hand towel needed changing in particular There were no wine glasses or water glasses The batteries of the safe were flat This apartment was not cheap $430 per night so expectations were pretty high. Staff were cheerful, but disappointed in the value for money. Formula 1 was on so I guess this is a chance to charge what they like. Everything was over the top expensive for this weekend.

Outdated, Noisy, Not the Cleanest.

Looked like no care was taken in the upkeep as room and hotel wasn’t the cleanest. Shower leaked water. It also needs a really good scrub as grout and tiles were black, growing mould. Hotel is very outdated. The swimming pool is missing tiles. Our room had a balcony that had a view of other rooms and balconies. Apartment is not soundproof. You could hear people talking in their rooms or outside in the hallway. Was woken up with loud thuds and constant screaming / yelling from people in room above us and outside. The staff member who checked us out didn’t care about how our stay went.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom which was great thank you! There is a tram stop across the road. The bed was very comfy.

It was quite noisy as we were situated quite close to.a major railway station. The tiles in the bathroom needed a good clean.
