Beds were super comfortable! The build was so quiet. No street noise which was great.
We booked a room for 3 adults but only had 2 of everything like cups, glasses etc.
Did have 3 towels.

The hotel was a short walk to lots of restaurants and their own restaurant was nice too. The room was very comfortable and staff were always happy to assist us.
I can see that the refurbished pool area will be great once complete, but I didn't appreciate only being notified that the pool was closed after the cancellation period had ended, especially seeing as it had been closed for more than 6 months. In Darwin a pool was a key consideration for us when booking.

Well located. Large very comfortable room. Very clean. Very helpful staff.
Outdoor pool and recreation areas were all closed for renovation. Will be great when it is finished but disappointing g not yo be able to have a swim as it was 30oC everyday.

Location and room facilities.
Pool area was under construction and still paid the same price as if it was open.
Wave pool passes were issued but to travel (cost & time) that far for a swim defeated the point.
