The grounds are so beautiful, great facilities - the bbqs dotted around the resort were so handy. Our room was just a garden view but in a great location, bathrooms are lovely and have been updated. The overall location of the resort is perfect, great cafes to get a coffee in the morning just a short walk away.
Our particular room was ground floor and no rug or anything anywhere so we found the floors really sandy, we all had to go and buy slides/slippers to walk around in

The property was nice and in a great location with a 15min walk into the main part of Hastings Rd

The river view was lovely and easy access to public transport.
Our view from our room was poor this area did not feel like part of the rest of the building especially knowing it was considered as a premium room.
Would of been nice if this outdoor area was planted with tropical plants like the rest of the building.

Location is outstanding
We feel the units that are advertised as standard aren’t worth the money
There old and tired are the beds and furniture
The woman at the front desk wasn’t nice to deal with when I told her this.
The place we built in 1982 and the standard units show its age.
The units that have been refurbished are better.
