Have been staying at Skippers for years - great location between Noosaville shops and Hasting Street. Good for kids with the beach out front. Selection of pools and kayaks/racquets for tennis. Spacious units. Clean. Beautiful sunny mornings on our deck by the river and cooler afternoons once the sun starts to go down.
I think management were changing hands - there was some confusion with check in times, but it was sorted.

Loved the unit, clean & tidy. Lovely view of the water out the back door & you can throw a line in to do a bit of fishing. Relaxing watching the boats on the river. Good spot.

The location was great and apartment was roomy.
Had laundry facilities.
It was very tired and some things needed to be fixed (e.g. kitchen cabinetry was in poor state - falling off its hinges, laundry tub door just fell off). Cleanliness was okay.
When leaving was expected to sweep floors, take out all the rubbish, do all the dishes etc.
