Fab location for bars and restaurants and a nice beach down below.
I asked concierge if there was a cash machine in the hotel and they said no. I found one downstairs a few days later. Concierge was well manned but I thought they were really hands off.

Bed and Location: The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the proximity to the beach is excellent.
Breakfast: The breakfast was good, though we felt it was overpriced for what it offered.
Room Size and Value: We specifically paid extra for a larger room, but received a tiny one instead. The bathroom was strictly micro-sized, to the point where you couldn't even open the door comfortably. This was highly unpleasant and did not match what we ordered.
Staff Attitude and Service: This was the most disappointing part of our stay. There was a glaring disparity in how guests were treated—some received full attention, while others (like us) were ignored. The overall vibe from the staff felt patronizing and dismissive, giving us the distinct feeling that if you aren't considered a "special guest," you simply don't matter.
Pool Area Logistics: There are no chairs available at the pool, and the staff does not allow guests to sit on the daybeds, making the pool area highly impractical to enjoy.
In-Room Technology: The cable TV setup is very outdated. It offers only a few Spanish channels, one Hebrew channel, and absolutely no access to standard streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube.
Dining Limitations: There is no food available after 6:00 PM except for meat options. There is no fish or alternative dishes, which is very limiting if you don't want a heavy meat meal in the evening.
Conclusion:
It is a real shame. The hotel has great physical potential due to its location and comfortable beds, but the condescending service, the tiny room that failed to match our booking, and the overpriced extras left a bitter taste. We will not be returning.

I like the hotels location and the facilities. Easy access to the beach and I could use all the facilities without any problems. I also like the way they offer towels and chair in the beach
I didn't like the hidden fees and the way the staff ask to get pay for extra when I remember the lobby personal told me it was already included but when I ask why they said it was only cover once and it was only when exiting. I didn't ask for anything they just did it and charge me for it. I also didn't like that they didn't accept fiscal money only credit or debit cards

The location and facilities were nice and comfortable.
It was noisy in the evenings as it was next to some of the main nightclubs of Acapulco. AC was shutting down when the terrace doors weren’t perfectly aligned, and was also noisy.
