The room was a good size and our bed was really comfortable. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. We only stayed for 1 night and didn’t use the pool facilities but it looked a good area.
The steep drive to the hotel entrance! However we found out that there is a buggy service if required.

Perfect location, great staff. Our balcony and views from the room were amazing.
There werent any blinds and the light entered too early in the morning thoughout the room. The bedroom doors kept slamming shut, making impossible to sleep during the first hours in te morning (7-9h).

Before the check in we were informed that it’s obligatory to check in online. On the reception desk we were forced to write the same info again on the paper. There was a big queue to settle in and the staff wasn’t not friendly enough and as a result it took more than 50 minutes to get access to the hotel room despite the fact that there was an early online check in.
The room was poor with no soundproofing.
It was a usual continental breakfast but so many people came the same time so that was uncomfortable. That would be a great idea to divide people into the time groups to avoid crowds.
