Large hotel , on a small hill overlooking the coast about 10 minutes walk from the beach where there are lots of little coves etc. Accommodation is excellent , food is available at all hours , from several of their restaurants and is also very good with plenty of choice.

I like the staff and the cleanness was great, they were very helpful
Upon arrival, the gym was out of service, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, on my final day—when I had planned to use the spa—the spa and indoor swimming pool were also unavailable ( out of service). I understand that facilities can occasionally experience issues, but it’s important that they are repaired as quickly as possible, as guests are paying for full access to all amenities. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. In some of the days the food choices were awful

The hotel's location is excellent.
Some employees are cooperative.
This hotel certainly does not deserve a 5-star rating. Cleanliness is virtually non-existent; some floors—and even some bathrooms—have a foul odor.
The bathrooms contain old towels. The bathroom has nothing but a bottle of shampoo and hand soap.
There are no chairs available by the pool; people reserve them for the entire day. I suspect they go off for a nap while keeping them reserved.
The building needs a complete renovation.
