Location is amazing. Nice size room.
The beds are not that comfortable. I couldn’t open a window for fresh air. The breakfast wasn’t great.

I was in a quiet area of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly particularly at reception. Breakfast was of a high standard and of great variety. Thank you.
Although acceptable, the evening meal in the restaurant was not as good as in previous years. It used to alternate with a buffet and what was available was of a high standard with great variety. I believe due to less people using the dining room in the evening there is only an a la carte menu or chef's choice available. This was disappointing.

The breakfast food selection was good.
The room size was average (not big, not small)
Good location, close to the city center, walkable.
The thermostat for the room AC unit was malfunctioning. The first night, the room temperature wasn't comfortable. It was not possible to set the thermostat to the appropriate temperature. The second night, the AC thermostat worked ok after I let the front desk know about the AC issue. The carpeted areas in the room need an upgrade. The window glass (inside face) wasn't clean.
