Gorgeous location, very beautiful property but it needs work.
The garden has no flowers, the property is in need of upkeep! Renovation doesn't mean changing the beautiful face of the palace, but things need to be upgraded...carpets replaced, bathroom upgraded so sinks and showers don't leak, and don't look outdated and unclean...the building itself needs cleaning, it's all black and stained.

Amazing location, beautiful building. Seems like a fairytale castle. Staff was really nice and welcoming . Excellent breakfast.
The building needs some restoration, especially in the bedrooms and restaurant.

Palace was wonderful! So beautiful. The staff was incredible!!
The beds were uncomfortable and we needed a fan due to the hot weather.

It is a historic place. Very nice building very nice garden
First of, Recognizing that it is very old the owners could make further efforts to improve bathroom with showers not in a tub, more power out let’s , functioning windows, improve lighting in the bar area, it’s way to bright to have a comfortable experience, try to improve acoustics there as well and much more.
