Rooms were excellent and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Location is amazing.

Breakfast was only ok. The hotel has lots of open space but not much in it, felt strange at times. The pool is tiny for such a big hotel.

The Hotel was beautiful. Enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again .

Location

Allocated a room immediately above the dining terrace with a very overlooked balcony even though we had paid for an upgrade to a premium deluxe room, with a private balcony. This is an area used for private and noisy functions so we felt very exposed on our balcony. We also chose the half board upgrade, after reviewing the restaurant menu, when booking the hotel. We were not made aware of the fact that we would only be offered a choice of 3 main dishes, meat, fish or vegetarian from a completely separate half board menu printed out especially for those that had upgraded to half board option. The food was very disappointing and after the second night of fish with sweet potato purée being one of the options (which was inedible) we decided we had eat out. Warning, DO NOT pre pay for the half board! No credit allowance will be given off the normal menu.
