We liked the location, very convenient to travel around Serra da Estrella. Also everything was very clean. We had a family room and it wasn't very big but our kids had two separate small beds. Also a great shower. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Overall, this hotel is not as spacious as other hotels we stayed in, but you can see there is a lot of attention to detail and cleanliness.
The swimming pool outside was nice but shallow, it doesn't really have a deep part. Apart from that, everything was good.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Such a perfect base to explore the many stunning trails in the Serra da Estrela region. Our room had a stunning view towards Manteigas. The breakfast each morning was gorgeous. All the staff were welcoming and happy to share their tips of where to walk. I would highly recommend staying here.
