Rooms were comfortable, clean and stylish with air con to keep you cool in the warmer months. The pool was relaxing and felt luxurious with interesting features. Fruit trees the opposite side of the river were loaded with ripening peaches and apricots. Frog song was wonderful to listen to from the river below. The restaurant attached served delicious food and breakfast was served overlooking the pool, with a delightful variety of pastries/cakes, juices and honeycomb. A beautiful well run family hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We do like the outside space and restaurant.
Well. After a long journey from Lisbon. We were all tired and hungry. We asked for a table outside but we were met with very aggressive response. We understood all was booked and we asked if we could have some nibbles and drinks by the pool. The answer was NO
It was my mom birthday and we felt very embarrassed with the all situation. The attitude of the most of the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful and unprofessional. The waitress we were scared to asked anything…
I believe the management and the staff should help the clients because we don’t stay there for free and at the end of the day we are paying they salaries.
