Everything. The hospitality, the recommendations, the conversations, the staff, my room, the breakfast and of course the city at itself. Everything was more than I could've imagined. Definitely coming back to Leiria, and this Hotel is one of the reasons. I highly recommend this place, if you're a solo traveler, it's also a good fit for couples and anyone who prefers staying in the city center with the benefit of peace, great connections and grandiose Views !
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Just know that there's a beautiful (Hidden gem)restaurant right next to it. Therefore it could get a little chatty downstairs. I wouldn't call it noise, and it wasn't bothering me at all. Though I must mention that I was sleeping on the third floor, I could hear a little bit, but like I said...not really a thing you wouldn't like, more like a thing you must keep in mind. 👍🏾

The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, so very walkable without needing a car or public transport. The staff were sweet and helpful, and the bed was remarkably comfy. It's a lovely cozy spot that offers great value.
Extremely loud music blasting from a nearby restaurant or pub. It woke me up in the early hours of the morning but once I closed all the windows, I could go back to sleep.

Staff are the best
The AC seemed to don’t cool much

Cozy room
Check in was seamless
It was convenient to have the restaurants at the door of this place
No fridge
It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a place to stay with no mini fridge
The check out experience was challenging to get the parking ticket to work. This delayed us by 30-40 mins and I had to go back to the property to explain that the parking ticket wasn’t working
