Ok but not great ...
Front house staff excellent.. I booked it and went to the room and 3 single beds when it should have been a double and a single.. picked up the dirty phone in room 353 and dialed down to reception and they sorted it out and put me in 726.. good job.. but clean the rooms properly including the phone.. I have worked in this industry before and few house keeping basics are being missed..sweet wrappers under the beds.. I would not put a 4 star rating on this hotel .. it is 3 no doubt about that..
Bar service was poor .. pint a Heineken glass had what looked like lipstick red marks.. basic basic stuff guys..give them a quick spin at the nosssle before you pour the pint.. went down to the bar at 9.30pm to grap a pint to bring upstairs waited 10 minutes not the worst I know but no acknowledgment from staff .. an orderly queue formed which I was in but the bar man who looked like a senior/ Manager with black blazer on was serving in no order and when he finished serving one customer asked who was next and I very firmly said I was which i didn't like doing because who knows the hours these guys put in.. but come access your surroundings acknowledge the people in the queue.. smile whatever make eye contact and If there is a wait staff should have the ability to diffuse and say really sorry a busy night.. hope you enjoy your pint .. some sort of ice breaker guys ..asked the floor boy for more napkins and he forgot ..chicken wings are Messy ... come on you need two napkins I think.. a bit of staff training is needed.. the attentiveness of staff and overall management was not to a 4 star expectation..

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff from reception to house keeping.
We didn't avail of breakfast on our stay as it was very busy when we went down. However we did have a meal 3 nights while we were there and each night the meals and service were perfect.
I do think the cost of the car park could be reduced by the amount of nights you use it. As in, if you stay for 3 nights maybe half price for 3rd night etc.

good price for the quality, is a little far from city but thats the point!
The room was nice, beds comfy, tempreture was good. all around, this was a good stay. I would recomend
the cocktails were not made well, but otherwise.. it was great!

Passable
- The bed was comfortable
- The gym was awful, it's borderline dangerous ( one treadmill doesn't work, the other is really dodgy), equipment is poor. No water or paper towels to clean anything down - Room could do with updating - Worked late so ordered a sandwich to the room which took 50 mins to arrive - No local shops or anything, wish I did my research - it was a bit of a tricky location commute wise
