We received a warm welcome each time we entered the building! The manager was most helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The location was an easy walk into Killarney. All staff made us feel welcome and well cared for.

I paid for 2 days but they don’t even bother to change bedsheets, towels or replace tea stuff etc on second day when i left message to service my room.
Pathetic.
