Quiet alley, very close to the center. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms, everything you need is there
The air conditioner worked poorly during the day and even my small room could not cool down properly. But at night the hotel turned on the air conditioners at full power and I even froze a little, but there was a warm blanket in the closet. The air conditioner itself works quite noisily. I was also charged an additional fee - a capacious tax of 10 lei, although they did not warn about it anywhere and the price was indicated taking into account all taxes here (neither booking nor the hotel wrote about it in their message when booking)

This hotel is just a few steps from key locations in the Old City. It is a modern hotel with good facilities. The restaurant provides good meals and a traditional European breakfast.
I had reason to need to communicate directly with the hotel as I was bringing a tour group & needed to ensure the rooms & bedding were reserved correctly. Despite repeated requests in writing for the hotel to answer my simple questions, these were never answered with clarity. Instead, the replies were invariably ambiguous at best and unintelligible often. The problem was one lady working on reception. When we arrived at the hotel, senior staff resolved the issues. Our stay was good.

The location was very good, close to the city center. Various choices for breakfast.
We booked the hotel specifically because it said that it offered parking, however this was not the case. They would not let us in the garage, stating that it is very small and the cars can not move, so we will not be able to get out during our stay. That was before the receptionist even knew what car we had. After we showed her the car and have seen the garage entrance, which offered more than enough space to enter, they refused to open the garage door and had many excuses as to why we can not park our car there. The hotel also has only three parking spaces in front of the hotel on their property, which were occupied. The rest was public. The staff offered to inform us when the parking was free, but that did not happen. We had to park on the street and pay a daily fee, meaning we had to monitor the exact time the parking has terminated so we could extend it. This was a problem, since we were on an airplane at the time and without access to the internet. Luckily, we did not get a fine.
