The Novotel Bucharest is conveniently located near the Old Town, with many monuments, parks, and attractions within walking distance. Do keep in mind that travelling to the hotel can take almost an hour during peak traffic hours. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked two rooms for a family stay, and our experience was great.
The hotel's location is prime, right on the main street and close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the rooms very pleasant.
A special mention goes to the front desk team, especially Ayesha, who was exceptionally helpful and resolved an issue for us quickly and professionally.
Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Bucharest.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and everything working, including the AC.
Breakfast was exceptional with many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and supportive.

Staff very polite
Not value for money. Very expensive for what it had to offer. We asked for help with our luggage and they didnt have any. They forgot to put sheets on the sofa bed. Didnt bring towels for all and in general we were not pleased. Also the breakfast was not as expected
