Some of the staff are a bit grumpy. They need to be reminded that the communist period ended 36 years ago.

Situated in Victory Square area, but in much more quiet spot (or maybe it was quiet due to street modernizastion going on). room was big with a day annex with armchairs and a table.
Assign me to the wrong room and particular payment procedure (including charging, cancelling the charge, recharging wrong amount, charging the difference) when you want to get the room and rest after the trip.
