It was a wonderful hotel.The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of delicious breakfast items.
Maybe more pillows but I like lots of pillows :)

The pool and the location.
The Sheraton Bucarest is very disappointing.
First, the staff never smile and they are not very friendly or welcoming.
Secondly, the room was the same i booked in Booking, so i didn’t see the upgrade.
Thirdly, the second day someone come into the room to let one bottle of filtered water, BUT THEY DIDNT CLEAN. So naturally I needed to call the front desk to have the room cleaned. This is not normal.
Finally the restaurant: the food are frozen products not fresh food and very expensive.
this is not the standard we expect from a five star hotel.
